Order Processing
- Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.
Current Shipping Rates
Shipping options shown at checkout are based on our current Shopify shipping profile.
- Singapore: Standard 2.88 SGD, Express 15 SGD. Free-shipping options may appear at checkout when the order qualifies.
- Southeast Asia: Standard 2.88 USD, Express 20 USD. This zone currently includes Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Free-shipping options may appear at checkout when the order qualifies.
- International: Standard 20 SGD, Expedited 45 SGD. This zone currently includes the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Free-shipping options may appear at checkout when the order qualifies.
The final shipping fee and available service are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on destination, carrier speed, customs processing, and the selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
