Are your crystals and jadeite authentic?

Yes. MaisonYiqi focuses on genuine natural crystals, jadeite, quartzite jade, and natural-stone jewelry. Each piece is selected for visible color, texture, bead matching, and overall presentation.

Will the piece look exactly like the photos?

Product photos are used to show the style, color direction, bead size, and wearing effect as clearly as possible. Because natural stones vary from piece to piece, the actual item may show slight differences in color, tone, transparency, texture, pattern, or inclusions. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colors appear.

Do natural crystals have imperfections?

Yes. Natural crystals and natural stones may include cotton-like wisps, ice cracks, mineral spots, color bands, tiny pits, internal lines, or uneven natural texture. These are common natural characteristics and are not considered defects unless the item is damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Should I check this before placing an order?

Yes. Please understand the natural variation of crystals, jadeite, and quartzite jade before ordering. If you are very sensitive to tiny marks, inclusions, or natural color differences, contact us before purchase and we can help you choose more carefully.

Do your crystal descriptions promise healing or guaranteed results?

No. Any references to calm, love, wealth, protection, focus, energy, or intention are based on cultural, symbolic, styling, and emotional meanings. They are not medical claims and do not guarantee healing, treatment, luck, financial results, or life changes.

How should I choose a crystal bracelet?

You can choose by color, bead size, outfit style, gift purpose, or the symbolic meaning you personally connect with. MaisonYiqi edits the collection so customers can find pieces that feel personal without having to compare too many similar listings.

How do I care for my crystal or jadeite jewelry?

  • Avoid perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, chlorine, and harsh cleaning products.
  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
  • Store pieces separately to reduce scratches and bead friction.
  • Avoid strong impact, dropping, extreme heat, and long soaking in water.

Size Guide

How do I choose bracelet size?

Measure your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet, then add about 1-2 cm for a comfortable fit. Bead size also affects how a bracelet feels on the wrist.

How do I choose jadeite bangle size?

Jadeite bangles must pass over the widest part of your hand, so bangle sizing is different from beaded bracelet sizing. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and selected international destinations.

What are the current shipping rates?

  • Singapore: Standard 2.88 SGD, Express 15 SGD. Free-shipping options may appear at checkout when the order qualifies.
  • Southeast Asia: Standard 2.88 USD, Express 20 USD. Free-shipping options may appear at checkout when the order qualifies.
  • International destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada: Standard 20 SGD, Expedited 45 SGD. Free-shipping options may appear at checkout when the order qualifies.

Final shipping options are shown at checkout based on the delivery country and the current shipping profile.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination, customs, carrier speed, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No. Because our crystal and natural-stone jewelry is selected in small batches and intended for personal wear, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, slight color difference, natural stone variation, incorrect size selection, or because the item does not look exactly the same as the product photos.

Are natural marks considered defects?

No. Natural texture, inclusions, ice cracks, mineral marks, cotton-like wisps, color bands, tiny pits, and slight differences from photos are common natural-stone characteristics and are not treated as product defects.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email support@maisonyiqi.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, packaging photos, and clear product photos. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where applicable.

Who pays return shipping?

If a non-defective return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
